Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  1. Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days.
  2. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  1. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually between 7–21 business days.
  2. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  2. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays

  1. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
  2. The Men Pen is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  1. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
